The Tsawout Lands Department is responsible for the management of all Band owned land within the Tsawout territory. The Tsawout Lands Department administers the Tsawout Reserve (IR2), and Fulford Harbour Reserve (IR5) exclusively, and has shared management responsibilities of four other reserve locations, they are:
- Saturna Island
- Mandarte Island
- Goldstream
- Pender Island
The Lands Department responsibilities include:
- Processing Land Registration Forms
- Developing the Land Code
- Developing Policies and Laws to guide development and protection of Tsawout lands.
- Law Enforcement
