Lands Administration

  At the current time, Tsawout has minimal   amount of   funds to carry out land administration   under the Indian Affairs,Regional Land Administration Program - RLAP.  Tsawout will be going to a vote on March 23, 24, and 26, 2007 to opt out of the Indian Lands Administration

Mr. Ken Cossey has over 19 years of experience in Land Management and Planning working with various First Nations in Saskatchewan, BC and Alberta, and has been involved in developing bylaws and official community plans in various municipalities and districts throughout BC.  Ken is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, and has a degree in Regional & Urban Planning from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Site Planning certificate from UBC.
